A hidden presence, not a ruler
Within the Cubyboo universe, the creator is known as The Architect — the one who designed the Sanctuary and set the first Guardians on their path. Not a king. Not a god. A builder who remains beyond the Sanctuary, watching the world he built take its first steps.
More than a year in the making
Cubyboo is not a project that appeared overnight. It is the result of more than a year of work, ideas, research, design, testing, and countless hours spent trying to build something I could genuinely be proud of.
For now, I am known within the Cubyboo universe as The Architect. My personal identity will be revealed at a later stage. For now, I prefer to let Cubyboo speak for itself, through the work, the story, the transparency, and the community that grows around it.
I have been fascinated by NFTs for a long time, not simply because of the technology itself, but because of what they can create around it: ownership, identity, creativity, storytelling, and most importantly, communities. That is what inspired Cubyboo.
I wanted to create something that could be more than a collection of images. Something with its own universe, its own identity, and a community that could grow with it over time. Every part of Cubyboo has been built with that vision in mind:

Development you can watch happen
Cubyboo has been built independently for more than a year, one decision at a time. Nothing here is presented as finished until it actually is.
When something changes — a mechanic, a timeline, a plan — it will be communicated openly, not quietly adjusted. There are no guarantees about outcomes, only a commitment to keep building, and to keep the community informed as that happens.

A pre-reveal launch
Cubyboo will launch with a pre-reveal state. Once the collection reaches its reveal stage, the metadata and artwork of every Guardian will be revealed.

Publicly disclosed once established
Treasury wallets will be publicly disclosed once they are established. Where appropriate, treasury funds will be held through transparent and/or multisignature infrastructure. Treasury movements will remain publicly verifiable on-chain.
Disclosed when the pool is created
Liquidity information will be publicly disclosed when the liquidity pool is created, including the pool address, trading pair, initial liquidity, and locking arrangements, if applicable.
The current planned allocation
These are planned allocations, not yet executed. Corresponding wallets and on-chain movements will be disclosed once deployed.
One planned mechanism
The planned token swap fee is 1.1%. The exact implementation, destination wallet, and associated mechanisms will be publicly verifiable on-chain once activated.
Building for the long term
Cubyboo is being built for the long term. The roadmap represents the direction of the project, but development can evolve as the ecosystem grows.
Not every future feature is guaranteed to arrive exactly as originally imagined. Some ideas may change. Some may take longer. New opportunities may appear.
What matters is communicating those decisions openly, and continuing to build.
Nothing here should require blind trust
Whenever possible, important information should not simply be something holders have to take on trust. They should be able to verify it themselves.
If something can be verified on-chain, it will be made easy to find here.
